AT&T Navigator for iPhone Gets An Update

AT&T Navigator has just been updated for you iPhone users. Powered by TeleNav, the app’s update is now available in the App Store. If you’ve yet to use the GPS app, you might want to give it a try as it now supports voice or speech recognition. From the app’s home screen, it’s just one touch and you speak out your desired destination and Navigator will plan out a route for you.

Several years ago a concept video (below) went around the internet that showed a future Nokia device bending, folding, and doing things that today are still not possible due to limited advances in both circuit and battery technology. Now that doesn’t mean Nokia isn’t trying to make fantasy into reality however. In the video above a demo of “stretchable electronic skin” shows what happens when evaporated gold vapor is combined with standard silicon to produce something akin to a wet tissue after you blow your nose. Sounds nasty, it even looks nasty, but once you get past the super early alpha stage prototype appearance, your mind can start coming up with all the radical possibilities this electricity conducting snot rag can offer.

Nokia N8 shipments have started

Nokia’s latest entertainment smartphone, the highly anticipated Nokia N8 with Ovi services, has started shipping. Customers who have placed a pre-order for the Nokia N8 in Nokia Online Shops and Nokia retail stores will be the first to receive their Nokia N8. Market availability will vary by country and by operator, with broad availability in the coming weeks.

Jailbreak Apple TV 2G using SHAtter and PwnageTool

Apple TV 2G has been jailbroken via SHAtter exploit and pre jailbroken IPSW from PwnageTool. While this is indeed excellent news it most likely means we may have to wait few more days to Jailbreak Apple TV 2G on iOS 4.1 while the Dev team mash out the exploit completely. Musclenerd confirmed the news via tweet and posted an image as a proof.
