Jailbreak Apple TV 2G using SHAtter and PwnageTool

Apple TV 2G has been jailbroken via SHAtter exploit and pre jailbroken IPSW from PwnageTool. While this is indeed excellent news it most likely means we may have to wait few more days to Jailbreak Apple TV 2G on iOS 4.1 while the Dev team mash out the exploit completely. Musclenerd confirmed the news via tweet and posted an image as a proof.
