The Nokia N85 is almost like the N96 cellphone but is slimmer while retaining the GPS satellite navigation. The owners of Nokia mobile phones rarely change their preference. As is commonly said, “One a Nokia cell phone user, always a Nokia cell phone user”. The first thing that will strike you is its outstanding OLED display (this is a new type of LED display that does not require background light). Let us peek at what makes this phone run. Running on the Symbian 60 series, this phone boasts of a 5 megapixel camera (2592 x 1944 pixels) with Carl Zeiss optics, Tessar lens, autofocus and 20x digital zoom.
The dual led flash permits taking pictures in low light. The 2.6 inches 16 million colors OLED display at 352 x 288 pixels permits viewing pictures in most lighting conditions. The video camera boasts of MPEG4/ 3GP VGA video capture at 640 x 480 pixels and 30 frames per second with digital stereo microphone (AAC format) and 10x digital zoom. There is a front camera for video calling. Music lovers will love its digital music player which supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA and AMR formats and also boasts of play lists and equalizer. Then there is the stereo FM radio with Visual Radio support. This phone permits you messaging via SMS, MMS and email (with support for attachments)
